JUDGMENT 1. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent also submitted a letter dated 03.10.2012 sent by the third respondent indicating that the petitioner had paid the entire money with interest on 28.09.2012 to the Society. 3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
