JUDGMENT S. Nagamuthu, J. 1. The petitioner is the wife of one Mr.Manikandan, aged 30 years. It is alleged that the husband of the petitioner was kept in the illegal custody by the third respondent and he has not been set free. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that Mr.Manikandan was arrested lawfully and produced before the learned jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate in connection with a case in Crime No.3 of 2013 and he is in judicial custody. 3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition has become in fructuous. Therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
