ORDER M. Venugopal, J. 1. Ms. V.M.Velumani, Learned Special Government Pleader brings it to the notice of this Court that as per G.O.(2D).No.85, Agriculture (AA4(1)) Department dated 15.06.2013, all the Contempt Petitioners/ Writ Petitioners have been regularised as stated in detail in para 5 of the order passed. 2. In view of the passing of the aforesaid G.O.(2D).No.85, dated 15.06.2013 by the Agricultural Production Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary, the orders passed in Writ Petition Nos.23148 and 23147 of 2004 dated 26.02.2010 have since been complied with. Accordingly, both the Contempt Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
