The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she is not pressing this Civil Revision Petition as the other side is making payment in the execution proceedings. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
