JUDGMENT Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of court and therefore he is not pressing the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, the connected M.P is closed. No costs.
