At this stage of hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that this Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Based on the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, as well as the endorsement made, this writ petition stands dismissed, as withdrawn, with liberty to approach the appropriate Forum or Authority. Consequently M.P.No. 1 and 2 of 2013, are dismissed. No costs.
