JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren, J. At this stage of hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that this Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to move the matter before the appropriate Forum or Authority, challenging the notice issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Based on the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the endorsement made, the writ petition stands dismissed, as 'withdrawn' with liberty to move the matter before the appropriate Forum or Authority, if so advised, within a period of two weeks from today. Consequently, M.P.Nos. 1 and 2 of 2013 are dismissed. No costs.
