Today, when this Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that he is not pressing the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of such submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and based on the endorsement made, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed, as not pressed.
