JUDGMENT 1. In this Civil Revision Petition, an order came to be passed on 15.10.2012 by this Court allowing the Civil Revision Petition on a condition that the petitioner should pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent on or before 01.11.2012. She is also permitted to pay the cost directly to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. The matter was directed to be posted on 02.11.2012 for reporting compliance. However, the matter is posted before this Court only today and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the cost as directed by this Court was paid on 29.10.2012 to the learned counsel at Coimbatore appearing for the respondent before the Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore. He has also produced a letter issued by the said counsel to the petitioner herein. Today there in no representation for the respondent. 2. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also taking note of the fact that the cost amount has been paid in time, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
