JUDGMENT 1. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both the Civil Revision Petitions that the matter between the parties have been settled and accordingly, he seeks dismissal of these Civil Revision Petitions as 'settled out of Court'. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent in both the Civil Revision Petitions also accepts the said position. 2. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as 'settled out of Court'. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
