ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for opposite party no.2. 2. Both the aforesaid cases were transmitted to Patna High Court, Mediation Board for resolving the dispute between the parties. It appears that boy, girl and parents from both sides were present and they have happily accepted the marriage of the girl with the boy. They have been blessed with two children. 3. Counsel for the petitioners as well as counsel for opposite party no.2 accepts that all the dispute lying between them has been sorted out and they are not interested to continue with the dispute any longer as the matter basically relates to a family dispute and father of the girl was not ready for parting his daughter to go along with boy. As the matter has been settled it will be unnecessary to allow proceeding to continue before the court below. 4. Accordingly the order of cognizance dated 15.9.2010 for offence under sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code arising out of K. Hat P.S. Case No.44 of 2010, G.R. Case No.344 of 2010 in Cr. Misc. No.1729 of 2011 and the order of discharge dated 2.11.2010 arising out of S.T. No. 1246 of 2010 arising out of K. Hat P.S. Case No.44 of 2010 in Cr. Misc. No. 3506 of 2011 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. III, Purnea are quashed. 5. Accordingly both the aforesaid applications are allowed.
