JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren, J. 1. This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue stating that her minor daughter, namely, Vennila, aged about 15 years, is in the illegal custody of the third respondent, who is the brother's wife of the second respondent. 2. Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, the detenue had been produced before this Court, by the first respondent-Police. On enquiry, the detenue had stated that she is living with her mother, the petitioner herein, at present. The detenue had also submitted that she would continue to live with her mother. In view of the said submission made by the detenue, she is permitted to go with her mother, the petitioner herein, as per her wish. 3. The son of the petitioner, namely, Sarath Kumar, who is also a minor, had also appeared before this Court. He had also submitted that he is willing to live with his mother, Chinnaponnu, the petitioner herein. 4. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
