JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren, J. 1. This habeas corpus petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 1 and 2, to produce the detenue, namely, Kausalya, daughter of the petitioner, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition stating that the detenue has been in the illegal custody of the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the first respondent-Police, on 02-04-2013. The said case has been registered as a 'women missing case', by the respondent-Police. However, as the detenue had not been traced, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 3. Today, when the matter was listed for further hearing, the detenue, namely, Kausalya, had appeared before this Court and she had submitted that she is willing to live with her mother, at Vellalapatti Village. 4. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent had submitted that the detenue had been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri, on 15-06-2013, and the custody of the detenue, who is a minor, had been handed over to the petitioner, on 15-06-2013. 5. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
