JUDGMENT SURINDER SINGH, J. - 1. THE petitioner feels aggrieved by her transfer order dated 23.3.2013, Annexure P-1 from GSSS Boileauganj (Shimla) to GSSS Matiana (Shimla) by clubbing her stay within the radius of 25 Kms. 2. IT is submitted that she is unmarried, her two unmarried sisters are suffering from disability and parents are in their late seventies, who are living with her. Thus, it is very difficult for her to look after and maintain her family, in case she is transferred to a distant place. The petitioner is ready and willing to file the representation in case respondent No.2 takes decision on her representation expeditiously. 3. IN view of the above stated position, the petitioner shall file her representation along with certified copy of this order and other supporting documents to the 2nd respondent within a week, and the said respondent shall take a final decision within two weeks thereafter. However it is made clear, till the final decision by the 2nd respondent, the transfer order shall be kept in abeyance. 4. WITH these directions, the present petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
