JUDGMENT Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the tenant has vacated the premises and therefore, the civil revision petition has become infructuous and accordingly, made an endorsement to that effect. The civil revision petition is thus dismissed as infructuous. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
