JUDGMENT S. Nagamuthu, J. 1. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the detenu has been remanded to judicial custody in connection a case registered by the Othakadai Police and hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous. 2. In view of the above submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
