Judgment :- M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Today, when this writ appeal was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants had submitted that the writ appeal had become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants and in view of the endorsement, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
