Judgment : Having heard Mr. Ram Jethmalani, learned Senior Counsel appearing in support of IA No. 67 in CA No. 9813 of 2011 and IA No. 5 in CA No. 9833 of 2011, for further time to file the documents before SEBI and also for extension of time to make the deposits as earlier directed (Sahara India Real Estate Exchange Corpn. Ltd. V. SEBI, (2013) 2 SCC 733 : (2013) 1 SCC (Cri) 1152), we are not inclined to entertain the same and the applications are dismissed accordingly.
