Judgment : The Court: Advocate for the Chairman of Bolpur Municipality has submitted that the Division Bench decision cited in support of the petitioner’s case has been accepted by the Chairman, and that keeping in mind the decision the Chairman shall decide the petitioner’s representation dated April 26, 2013 (WP p.24) within two days from the date of service of this order. In view of the above-noted submissions, I dispose of the W P directing the Chairman of the Municipality to decide the petitioner’s representation dated April 26, 2013 (WP p.24) keeping in mind the Division Bench decision. Compliance within two days from the date this order is served. No costs.
