Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsels appearing for the respondents had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 12.6.2012, made in M.P.No.1 of 2011, in W.P.No.11550 of 2011, had been complied with. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had not refuted the said submission made by the learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 3. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties concerned and as no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed.
