Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 27.07.2012, in W.P.No.11341 of 2011, has been complied with. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has not refuted the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3. In such circumstances, no further order is necessary in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
