At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if this Court passes an order, permitting the petitioner to submit a representation, regarding the issuance of a patta, relating to S.F.No.485/30 [Old S.F.No.193 Part], situated in Peedanpalli Village of Palladam Taluk, to the 3rd respondent, within a specified period, and if the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to submit a detailed representation to the 3rd respondent, with regard to his claim, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and the other persons concerned, if any. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
