Judgment :- 1. This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioners to continue to attend the classes and complete the 3rd year Degree in B.A. English Language and Literature, in the 2nd respondent College. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent had submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the 3rd year Degree Course, in B.A. English Language and Literature, in respect of the petitioners, had come to an end, in the month of April, 2013. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent, this writ petition stands dismissed, as infructuous. However, this Court makes it clear that it would be open to the petitioners to approach the 1st respondent-University, to write the examinations to be held by the University, in respect of the 3rd year degree course, in B.A. English Language and Literature, in future. No costs. M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed.
