JUDGMENT :- 1. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had submitted that the recruitment for the post of Graduate Assistants in the Government Higher Secondary Schools had been completed. Hence, he had submitted that the writ petition may be dismissed, as infructuous. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had not refuted the said submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the writ petition stands dismissed, as infructuous. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
