JUDGMENT :- The learned counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the writ petition typed set of papers that as per the instructions of his client, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the said fact and endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as an infructuous one. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
