Judgment :- The Learned counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement, "the Petitioner herein withdraws the writ petition." Recording the said fact and endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected M.P. is also dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
