Judgment :- The Learned counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the writ petition typed set of papers that the subject matter of the writ petition has been settled between the parties since the Petitioner had paid the outstanding dues and therefore, the Petitioner has sought permission from this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Recording the said fact and endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
