Devendra Kumar Arora, J.— Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for U.P. Avas Evam Vikas Parishad, Lucknow and learned counsel for the State. According to the case of petitioner, his land in question along with some other lands in the area, were acquired by the Parishad. From the representations made by the petitioner to Principal Secretary, (Nagar Vikas Vibhag) U.P. Government dated 21.07.2008, contained in Annexure no. 5 to the writ petition and again made on 11.10.2012, contained in Annexure no. 9, it appears that the petitioner claims to be still in possession over his land and he wants the State Government to release the land from acquisition on account of hardship to him. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show any provision in the U.P. Avas Evam Vikas Parishad Act, 1965, under which the State Government may order for release of land acquired by the Parishad. However, since petitioner wants disposal of his applications made before the concerned Principal Secretary, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Principal Secretary (Nagar Vikas Vibhag) U.P. Government to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2012, contained in Annexure no. 9, in accordance with law at an early date, preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order along with the copy of representation. Till disposal of the representation, the authorities shall not demolish any structure of the petitioner, if existing on his land in question. _____________
