Judgment :- 1. This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Court below to dispose of the execution petition filed by the petitioner to execute the order of eviction passed by the Rent Controller in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2006 which has been confirmed by the Appellate Authority in R.C.A.No.1 of 2011. It appears that the Rent Controller passed the order on 17.07.2009 and the Appellate Authority dismissed the appeal on 24.08.2012. The execution petition came to be filed on 27.02.2013. 2. Mr.P.Jagadeesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 80 years old and he must enjoy the fruits of the decree granted by the Rent Controller during his life time. It is also submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that pursuant to the order passed by the Appellate Authority, to the knowledge of the petitioner, no further revision is filed by the tenant. 3 .Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also considering the age of the petitioner, the Court below is directed to take up the execution petition and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order unless the proceedings of the said Execution Petition is stayed by any competent Court of law. 4 .Accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
