Judgment :- The Learned counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the relevant typed set of papers of the writ petition, "writ petition may be closed as infructuous". Recording the said fact and endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as an infructuous one. Consequently, the connected M.Ps. are also dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
