Judgment : The Court: Mr. Dutta appearing for the respondents has submitted that the authority concerned of the Port Trust will make inquiry for ascertaining whether the petitioner claiming to be the second wife of the deceased former employee of the Port Trust is entitled to any benefit that became payable on the death of the employee. In view of the above-noted situation, I dispose of the W P ordering as follows. Within eight weeks from the date this order is served the authority concerned of the Port Trust shall hear all concerned including the first wife of the deceased employee and decide whether the petitioner claiming to be the second wife of the deceased employee is entitled to any benefit that became payable on the death of the employee No costs.
