Judgment :- 1. This Writ Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support there of and the written submission made in the petition by Mr. Aayiram K. Selvakumar, Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents, the Court made the following order: “Two days parole only is granted as petitioner’s mother-in-law is dead. Two days parole is, on the day of funeral and on the next day. Full escort to be provided for the two days parole on the second day the detenue must be brought back to Jail at 7.00 P.M. The learned Public Prosecutor may be directed to inform the concerned Superintendent of Prison to provide necessary escort.
