JUDGMENT :- 1. The Learned counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement in the writ petition typed set of papers, "the petitioner already settled the amount with the second respondent, hence this petitioner herein is withdrawing the writ petition." 2. Recording the aforesaid fact of matter being settled and also the endorsement so made to that effect, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected M.P. is also dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
