JUDGMENT :- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the matter has been settled out of court and accordingly, they are seeking for withdrawing the civil revision petition. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
