It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner/tenant had already vacated the premises and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this case. Recording her submission, the above civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, C.M.P.No. 756 of 2006 is dismissed. No costs.
