JUDGMENT :- 1. The Learned counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the writ petition typed set of papers, "the above matter is settled,. It may be withdrawn as dismissed." 2. Recording the factum of matter being settled and also the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
