JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, (C.J.) The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayer:- “a) That the respondents No. 1 and 2 may kindly be directed to grant the pension to the petitioner from the date of his retirement i.e. 31.12.2005 for the period of service rendered by the petitioner under the respondents No.1 and 2 w.e.f. 18.10.1967 to 1.8.1986 along with the interest @ the rate of 12% from the date of retirement till realization of the pension to the petitioner.” 2. According to the petitioner, his case is covered by Annexure P-3, judgment in CWP No. 459 of 2002, titled State of Himachal Pradesh vs. Ruldu Ram and others, dated 2.1.2008. In case the petitioner is also similarly situated as Ruldu Ram and others covered by this judgment and in case the said judgment has attained finality and the same has been implemented, similar treatment shall be given to the petitioner herein also. The needful shall be done by the second respondent within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
