Judgment :- S. Nagamuthu, J. 1. The petitioner is the husband of one Dhanalakshmi, aged 43 years. According to the petitioner, Mrs.Dhanalakshmi has been found missing from 26.11.2012. In this regard, he made a complaint to the third respondent police on 28.11.2012 and a case has been registered in Crime No.1200 of 2012 for “woman missing. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far his wife has not been traced out by the third respondent. 2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is taken in the right direction and steps are being taken to trace out the missing woman. The said statement is recorded. 3. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed except making it clear that the third respondent shall continue to investigate the matter and trace out the missing woman, expeditiously.
