Judgment :- 1. When this Civil Revision Petition was listed on 04.01.2013, there was no representation on behalf of the revision petitioners and hence this Civil Revision petition was directed to be listed under the caption, "for dismissal" on 07.01.2013. On 07.01.2013 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Once again, the petition was directed to be listed under the same caption on 08.01.2013 and on that day also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence, it was directed to be posted on 09.01.2012 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioners. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
