JUDGMENT :- When this matter was listed before this Court on earlier occasion, i.e., on 17.07.2013, there was no appearance on either side. Therefore, it was listed again today, i.e., 24.07.2013 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous in view of the subsequent development. At any event as the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' and there is no representation for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
