Judgment :- The Learned counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the relevant typed set of papers in the bundle, "the Petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition." Recording the said fact and the endorsement so made before this Court, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected M.P. is also dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
