JUDGMENT :- 1. This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.543 of 2012 in I.A.No.316 of 2000 in O.S.No.203 of 1986 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu. 2. The petitioner herein has filed the said application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking to condone the delay of 628 days in filing the petition to restore I.A.No.316 of 2000. It is stated that the said application is not yet disposed of. 3. Since this Civil Revision Petition is filed with the limited prayer for disposal of the said I.A. before the Court below, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the Court below to dispose I.A.No.543 of 2012 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of 5. No costs.
