JUDGMENT :- 1. In both these civil revision petitions, the petitioner seeks for early disposal of the Execution Petitions filed by him before the court below. It is seen that both the Execution Petitions are filed in the year 2011 and the same has not been disposed of till this date. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no impediment for the Executing Court to dispose of the E.P. as it is not stayed by any competent court. 3. Considering the said submission and considering the limited prayer in these civil revision petitions, without going into the merits of the matter, I only direct the court below to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.Nos.110 and 111 of 2011 in O.S.No.155 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, these civil revision petitions are disposed of. No costs.
