ORDER : 1. In our order dated 13.02.2013, there is a typographical error in the name of Mr. Gautam Padmanabhan, whose name has been shown in paragraph 5 of the order as Mr. Gopal Padmanabhan. It is directed that the correction be made in paragraph 5 of the order dated 13.02.2013 and in place of Mr. Gopal Padmanabhan, Mr. Gautam Padmanabhan be read. 2. There is a delay in compliance of the order dated 13.02.2013 as regards appointment of the Executive Officer. 3. Mr. K.K. Venugopal, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners has placed before us the copy of the order dated 27.02.2013 whereby Lt. Col. S.R. Bhuvanendran Nair (Retd.) has been appointed as "Executive Officer". 4. Now, since the appointment of Executive Officer has been made, we condone the delay in compliance of order dated 13.02.2013 to that extent. 5. I.A. No.20 of 2013 stands disposed of. 6. The special leave petition shall come up for consideration on the date already fixed.
