JUDGMENT :- 1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the Writ Petition typed set of papers to the effect "Nothing Survives, hence, Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous". 2. Recording the said fact and the endorsement so made, the present writ petition is dismissed as an infructuous one. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
