ORDER This Contempt Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order passed by this Court, on 23.7.2012, in W.P.No.5513 of 2012. 2. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the Contempt Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Bank had submitted that the petitioner had not submitted the Application Form, seeking educational loan, as directed by this Court, in its order, dated 23.7.2012. According to him, the petitioner has made a false representation, before this Court, stating that he had submitted an application to the respondent-Bank, seeking educational loan, on 13.8.2012. The petitioner is not in a position to point out that he had submitted the Application Form, for the grant of educational loan, to the respondent-Bank, as directed by this Court, in its order, dated 23.7.2012. In such circumstances, the present Contempt Petition, filed by the petitioner, is not maintainable. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
