JUDGMENT :- 1. This civil revision petition is filed seeking for a direction to the court below to dispose of the execution petition at an early date. 2. The petitioner before this Court is the plaintiff in O.S.No.589/1998. The decree passed in the said suit is sought to be executed through E.P.No.318/2009 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Vridhachalam. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the defendant though filed appeal before the First Appellate court as well as a Second Appeal before this Court, failed to succeed in those proceedings. Thus, the decree passed by the trial court has become final, conclusive and binding on the parties. She further submitted that there is no impediment to proceed with the E.P. filed in the year 2009. Thus, she seeks for a direction to the lower court to dispose of the E.P. at an early date. 4. Having heard the submission and having perused the materials placed before this Court, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter and contentions of the parties to the proceedings, I only direct the Court below to dispose of E.P.No.318/2009 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Vridhachalam on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
