Judgment :- R. Banumathi, J. 1. These writ appeals are preferred against the interim orders passed by the Writ Court in W.P.M.P.No.32311 of 2005 in W.P.No.29509 of 2005; W.P.M.P.No.32430 of 2005 in W.P.No.29587 of 2005; W.P.M.P.No.32314 of 2005 in W.P.No.29510 of 2005; W.P.M.P.No.32427 of 2005 in W.P.No.29586 of 2005 and W.P.M.P.No.32424 of 2005 in W.P.No.29585 of 2005. 2. Even at the time when the writ appeals came up for admission, it was stated that the goods have already been released. These writ appeals are filed against the interim orders passed by the single Judge and since the goods have already been released, nothing survives for consideration in these appeals and all the writ appeals are dismissed, giving liberty to the appellants to adjudicate the matter in the Writ Petitions which are stated to be pending. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
