ORDER The Learned Counsel for the Management brings it to the notice of this Court that the pending dispute between the parties has been settled by means of Memorandum of Settlement entered into between the parties under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 dated 24.7.2013. The parties have also filed the terms of Settlement arrived at between them and they have also affixed their signatures in this regard. As such, the Management has decided not to pursue the pending Writ Petitions. In view of the fact that the subject matter in issue involved in the present two Writ Petitions has been settled between the respective parties in terms of Section 18(1) Settlement under the I.D. Act, 1947 dated 24.7.2013, the Writ Petition Nos. 29961 and 34825 of 2007 are dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
