JUDGMENT : 1. This Contempt Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order passed by this Court, on 27.4.2012, in M.P.No.2 of 2012, in W.P.No.25159 of 2011. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Contempt Petition, the respondent has tendered his unconditional apology. Further, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had filed a statement, regarding the payments made to the members of the petitioner-Federation. It is noted that a total amount of Rs.70,66,364/- has been paid to the members of the petitioner-Federation, based on their last drawn salary. In such circumstances, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in the Contempt Petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition, stands closed. No costs.
